Kern County Process Servers is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. All client information, case details, and communications are strictly confidential. We do not sell or share any client data with third parties.
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your service request: name, contact information, case details, and documents provided. This information is used solely for the purpose of performing and documenting service of process.
All case information — including the identity of parties, nature of litigation, and documents served — is held in strict confidence by our process servers and administrative staff. We do not discuss case details with anyone other than the client or their authorized representatives.
Client records are maintained securely and accessible only to authorized staff. Electronic records are stored on encrypted systems. We retain records for a period consistent with California legal requirements and destroy them securely thereafter.
We may use third-party database services for skip tracing purposes. These searches are conducted under confidentiality agreements. We do not share client information with database providers beyond what is necessary to conduct authorized searches.
